Service Description

Step 1: We will discuss your results from completing the at-home Learning Basics Screening Kit with your child. *Must send the completed Learning Basic Screening Scorecard prior to the meeting start. If not received, the meeting will need to be rescheduled. Step 2: We will review the results compared to the various resource options to identify intervention options. Step 3: We will work to make recommendations on implementing the next steps aimed at providing support for your child's identified learning needs.
